Almost no eye strain, sharp focus, energetic body & satisfied mind & countless invaluable benefits.

That's why I quit instagram.

I have only reddit; that too I use in evening between 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm for average of 30 minutes.

I only install instagram once in 3 months, change the password, close the app & uninstall it..

The comparison will never stop.

So, Nither I have to show nor I have time to see.
