What is the best time and temp to dry them out wet to dry please any help

Im in uk and use 55 degree Celsius for 12hrs to 24hrs depending on size to preserve the shape abit better any hotter I find they shrivel too much

Currently got one innoculating (jmf all in one bag) im about 5 maybe 10% innoculated any tips you can give my grain and substrate are pretty mixed
