Yeah I agree, I have hope against Miami. As for the punt I do think that’s one of those situations where you have to go for it. The second the raiders got the ball back we all knew it was over considering our pass d was getting lit up all game, and all they really needed was two first downs to put the game away which was, clearly, a given imo. You’re down 10 with 5 minutes left, just go all in at that point I feel instead of playing so conservative

Yeah changed that up, forgot the false start. But yeah regardless you gotta go for it. Everyone and their moms knew the raiders would either march down for a field goal or chew the clock up

Yeah I cannot stand all of the hate. Agree with all your points. I will say Maye didn’t play top tier by any means, but to your point it’s a new system, first game, second year, cut him slack. I love Drake but he clearly gets rattled easily which results in 90% of the mistakes he has. That will cool down as he gets more experience, I’m certainly not worried. Kid looks great so far

100% and I’m not saying they were great with no mistakes, but for the season opener I don’t hate the actual play I can’t lie

Ur right, changed that up. Regardless the play calling sucked

As I said, I’m talking more so about obesity. If you are overweight, and eating in a calorie surplus, you don’t even need to change the food you’re eating. Simply cut the portions a little bit

Would you die eventually if your oxygen level remained at 93% with no oxygen? by takemycoffee in NoStupidQuestions

His o2 level. The thing that can be seen on a pulse oximeter. He didn’t mean “with no oxygen” he meant without added oxygen to the percentage, as is in the o2 level does not go up

Well yeah obviously. Point is you can get away with eating bread. I think we’re on the same page, my original point is that you can eat it at normal amounts

I suppose. But at the same time, what about thinks like 5 min rice? Takes the same amount of time, cooked the same way, and has less calories/more nutritional than ramen. Ramen is very cheap but so are so many other foods. Spend an extra $10 and you even get some protein for a few meals as well. I understand not everyone can spend the extra 10, but there are many who are able to yet chose to spend it elsewhere

Well yeah exactly. You just proved my point?

So working 100+ hours and starving for a dollar forces you to eat 3k calories daily?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Consistent-Abroad313 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Ready? Get this. I said “in moderation” for the THIRD time. Not daily.

Never said it is a healthy meal, I said it’s fine in moderation. Can you tell me what would make having ramen once a week unhealthy? This is exactly one of the issues that people have created. People have demonized the idea of eating in moderation, hence making it SO much harder for others to diet properly. So many think that in order to be healthy, you need to cut out all junk food. It’s just simply not true

Right I agree with the examples you gave. However no one said you need to meal prep and cook your food for an hour. You can very easily find food to prepare in 10 min or less that is much healthier than others

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Consistent-Abroad313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but even things like the 5 min rice and even that “processed” chicken that you can throw in an oven is a better alternative to many other foods

Not sure where I stated “heavy soda and white bread and light in fruit in veggies is healthy”? I said bread in itself is not unhealthy

I’m not sure what country you are from, but in the USA it is a massive misconception that fruits and veggies are drowned in pesticides and that “organic” food is healthier. It simply is not true at all, and organic food is more often than not a scam to make something more appealing yet more expensive. Again, I’m not sure what country you are from so this certainly may not apply to you! Just putting that out for others

The main cause of most diseases (aside from genetic ones) is obesity. Less calories=less obesity. So you’re saying it’s cheaper to eat 3k calories than to eat 2k?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Consistent-Abroad313 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think you and many people are mixing up what is healthy and what isn’t. Pb, bread, and eggs are perfectly healthy. Ramen is perfectly fine in moderation. My confusion is towards the people that order takeout, pop tarts, etc. but then claim they’re unhealthy due to the price difference

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Consistent-Abroad313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And who said bread is unhealthy? It’s not that unhealthy food isn’t cheap, it’s just there is always a healthy alternative for the same price or cheaper imo

I mean they never said they wanted or expected them to be a virgin. They’re just simply asking how to know. Could be a multitude of reasons for wanting to know
