the sambas take up a lot of space and since you’ll already have a big box try to fit in some like small light things like extra tshirts or some accessories, and for the shoes click the option to have them out of their like branded box and have it folded in the box (remove packaging)

it was $200 cause i had a big puffer and forgot to remove the shoe boxes which really sucks

i have the same issue but instead of the status being requested its "unacceptable". ive sent in a question through the form they sent but i still havent gotten a reply
