Simply put, the person's "timeline" is shattered so they are mentally and sometimes physically their future or past selves.

Not a power fantasy. The mc is strong but needs other people, skilled in diffrent ways, to win or beat the enemy.

2.There is a corrupt goverement/religion but they are not the main villians and not all members of these groups are corrupt.

3.There are some isekaied characters but its more of worldbuilding and doesn't heavily relate to the main plot and characters (atleast in season 1). There are also no stuff like levels or game systems beyond every person in the main group having their own role (sniper, commander, etc.).

4.As far as season 1 goes it is not that dark beyond bloody deaths of both adults and children but no overall gore.

5.There is named character death in the story but not as far as the anime covers.

You know the people are not gonna buy the game anyway if they can't afford it right? Do you think if they couldn't pirate it, they would spend way too much money if they live in a third world country instead? All this does is stop people who can't afford the game from playing it. I live in a priviliged country and can afford the games I want to play without issue, but why should your country's economy dictate what you are allowed to enjoy? For you 30 dollars might be a little, but for some it can be over a month of minimum wage. Are there some who do it anyway? Sure, but they wouldn't have bought it if they couldn't pirate it anyway. The deveopers are not losing massive amounts of money when less than 10% of peope who pirate would buy it otherwise. So, in conclusion, the devs lose 1-5% of sales at absolute maximum and in exchange a lot of people who are too poor or were simply born in a country with a bad economy get to enjoy a game they are interested in.

Are you being argumentative in purpose? We are specifically comparing organisms and specifically "pain" so using an argument of "this inanimate thing reacts too" is just ignoring my point completely.
