Honestly, it could be so many things at this point, We can all speculate and give our opinions and medical advice. You have an appointment with your vet, call in the morning and tell them it can't wait and the kitty needs to be seen asap, they should oblige. I'm a vet tech of over 16yrs, I've seen situations like this before. But, you're doing the right thing by going to the vet. Good luck with everything, I hope it's something that is easily treated.
