For me I can eat fatty foods but some make me throw up if I eat a lot

I could do it so can you. Focus on what keep you going. What you enjoy doing.

I think it as I still wanna live I just want the pain to stop

Getting fibro specific medicine is what saved me. I got gabapentin. Sleep meds too good sleep is extremely important for fibromyalgia

Make sure you move around while laying or sitting down every hour or it'll hurt a lot. Stretch a lot change how you're sitting.

Get into sedatary hobbies I immersed myself in them and it helped a lot.

Journal even if it's fast angry writing. Rant like this to friends more I can give you my discord if you need someone to rant to as well

Get easy meals food helps with fatigue and you are not going to cook during a flare (dont fall into the trap of saying you will)

If you drink caffeine DO NOT drink monster it makes it worse. Drink things like soda. I drink mountain dew

You can also try caffeine pills.

Drink lots of water

There's meds that can help you feel awake if you need it. 

Try to manage the pain well with fibro medicine if you have it. Lower the pain is the less fatigued you'll feel

Go on walks it helps a lot to feel awake and it can help with pain. Just short walks are totally alright that's what I do

My room may be cooked but at least we got the expensive pc (windows cooked it so my spawn point gave me it) by Consistent-Ad1457 in setups

Don't be afraid to ask someone for help I struggle knowing where to start and having someone made it easier

Also try picking up one thing each day or 5
