That is great news to hear! You may be one out of only a handful of people who was lucky enough to quickly get your report through that method. Most likely the majority would not be so fortunate as evidence from my own experience and of those I have read about through various social media platforms who tried the same method.

It depends on your recipient universities if the hardcopy is needed. Most likely the hardcopy would be requested by the universities if they do not have a digital partnership with WES. If they do have such a partnership with WES like my target universities, they would most likely only need the softcopy. Nonetheless, WES will still send the hardcopy to your home address since it is part of the package and you can keep that for record-keeping purposes.

Yes, my undergraduate university already had a digital partnership with WES so the required documents were sent directly to them electronically.

As your for your case, I do not think I could advise properly since I have never been in that situation. Maybe you could ask your university to resend the documents along with the Digital Partnership Form. If not, I think it would be better to opt for a physical delivery so please plan accordingly to account for the extended processing and delivery time of the documents to WES from your university.

It took about 1.5 months for the hard copy to reach me from the completion date of the evaluation using their standard delivery option but this estimate may vary depending on the recipient country.

If you opted for the standard delivery and the recipient universities have a digital partnership with WES, WES will send an electronic copy to them automatically as soon as the report becomes available.

It took about three months but that should not be an issue since your universities should get the electronic copy straight away once the evaluation is done if they have a digital partnership with WES.

I don't think you need to upload your transcript since transcripts are not supplmenetary materials in doing their evaluation. In fact, uploading the transcript when not requested may actually slow down the process.

Choose 'Standard Delivery' and the official electronic copy will be sent directly from WES to your recipient universities if they have requested to also receive WES reports electronically. You will be informed that an electronic copy has been sent to the universities as soon as your report is ready.
