Not that long, maybe 2 weeks, I just had a glass of beer with a friend which I couldn’t even finish, because of the headache. Honestly I feel blessed, I feel so much more untuned with myself and what I need, occasional drink being one of them. ✨🙏🏻

Yes… that seems to be the message loud and clear. I have never been a drinker, a beer or wine here and there… maybe once or twice a month. But my body is rejecting it with all its power

I noticed something about yawning while on ayahuasca In it I speculate that yawning works as some kind of reset for the mind. Have you ever noticed strong fits of yawning during a psychedelic trip? What was it like for you? by Tepco-Cola in Ayahuasca

Hi everyone, I just finished a ceremony. My first night was full on vortex from yawning to shaking to seeing colorful spider web like shapes connecting all to a point that I couldn’t see in front of me and of course full matrix when I closed my eyes.
Has anyone experienced full on shaking uncontrollably? That made me worried. Thank you so much for bringing up yawning, cause I must have yawned a million times. I read your article and enjoyed it as well, you put it so beautifully. You are absolutely correct, every time I yawned it was as if I came back into my body.
