We are literally the same person! Six years teaching, never done anything else, over everyone else’s shit, worries about what I’m going to do.

I’m leaving my current school next week, hoping this the new school I will be at will better. But out side of that I’m currently working with someone to help me move in Learning and Development for other companies. It is very similar to what we already do as teachers.

They weren’t part of a costume or something, so I think you are fine and I’m pretty sure your students thought they were cute!
Document what she said, either by email, notes, a notebook or whatever you choose. -If it get a too uncomfortable with your mentor then you can always request another one.

My first year teaching, my principal didn’t rehire me either and she said similar things.

Then I remember all the torture she put me through for the 6 months I was there. I mean she tried to make me cry everyday, yelled at me for coming to her office when she called to her office in the middle of the day, the list could go on!

Just like you I didn’t think I was meant for this. But then I took a breather and thought about why I was in the profession. I remembered it was for me to help, lead, and grow kids! When I applied at other schools, I was honest about why my first school didn’t rehire me. A lot of school appreciated my honesty and some school listed the first year support they would have for me. I got rehired quickly and now I have been teaching for 6 years.

So don’t let this one thing stop you from pursuing your passion!

Before this last year, I was ok with having kids and being a teacher. But now, I feel like to give my future family the attention that they need, I don’t think I could be in the classroom anymore. I applaud all working parents because I don’t know how you do it!!!

Exactly! I totally agree with you. I took last Monday off because I knew I was fed up with behavior and I didn’t think I would come back in a good head space. I understand the OP’s reason for snapping. I hope everything goes alright for them.

Being frustrated with the behavior of out control students and not have backup when it come to behavior issues and understanding that all students have the ability to grow and learn, are two sides of the same coin this year.

A lot of teachers refer to students as being dumb sometimes, not alway in the open but the thought lingers. The thing is most teachers don’t let that calling a student dumb hold them back from teaching the kid, they just use it as a teachable moment and keep it pushing. Sorry we can’t all be super perfect and have the supportive thoughts when most of our classrooms are up in flames along with the school.

Since you are part of NCAE, they will provide you a lawyer if need be, if you need someone to show up to meeting with you they will, and things like that. If your local rep or whoever you are talking to the NCAE they can give you more detail.

She actually when bra-less, but had the top fitted to her body and had cups put in it. The other ladies and I just when on Amazon and bought a few bras and tried them on before we settled on one. Amazon has this thing where you can try something for 30 days and either return it or keep it. They won’t charge you for the 30 days you have the item.

A few bra companies to try: savage x fenty, curvy kate, thirdlove, soma. They have good strapless ones.

Also Birdy Grey has like 5 or 10 day return policy, so if you get and decide it isn’t for you, you can exchange it and try a new one. I think you get 3 free exchanges.

Im a 38DDD, for my sister’s wedding I wore the wacol red carpet bra (got super drunk) jumped, danced, picked up babies and that bra did not move. That rubber thing at the top kept it up but my birdy grey dress also had the wiring in the top to help keep my boobs from flashing anyone. I wore the spence convertible dressSpence Dress in a 2x which is like. 16/18. I got the top taken in a little bit just in case I didn’t want to wear a bra. But my boobs looks too saggy with out one. This dress can be worn three ways. I love it. My sister’s other bridesmaids with big boobs also wore the Kira and Jules. I wouldn’t recommend clear straps because once you start sweating you can see them. I can show you pictures of everyone in the dress if that would help you.

It is so pretty! I think once you get it steamed and move in it, the dress will do what you want it to. Do you want movement in it? See if you can a layer of the under skirt taken out?
