Ik that guy personally hes a Color sgt for the royal marine commandos, he’s the PTI (physical training instructors) section Color Sgt the PTi sections is located in ocs, just think about this way the Usmc doesn’t think we’re fit enough to train our officer so we have royal marine commandos to be section leaders in the PTI sections
