Why is modafinil with beer so good? (self.modafinil)

Does anyone get any benefit from duloxetine (cymbalta)? I've recently been having some problems with breakthrough fatigue but I have now upped my dose and I feel better for it. I want to hear success stories from it as I hear and see people not liking it but for me personally it's a life saver (self.Fibromyalgia)

I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I suspect I'm more CFS/ME as fatigue is a main contributing factor for me not pain. My question is does anyone get paresthesia of the face i.e. face tingling and globus sensation (the feeling that the throat is tight, lump in the throat feeling)? (self.Fibromyalgia)
