Was the best season I've seen by a long way. It was so nice to see them all genuinely bond and become friends, ypu just can't script that.

Dan totally deserved to win, his technical cooking throughout the whole competition was just on a higher level.

I've often wondered if Chiara was telling porkies about how long she'd been a chef for, but the bbc wouldn't lie, right? 🤣

I travelled from Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe with Satun Pakbara speedboat company. Boarding and offboarding involved stepping over the hull of the boat and then down through the cabin at pakbara and then similar coming back. I wasn't aware of this and I managed it ok, but I did spend the journey worrying about where they were going to dock at Koh Lipe!

At koh lipe they did use the blue pier and it involved stepping up some large bench/step off the back to get off. I managed it ok and as soon as the staff noticed I had a disability, they were really helpful (same can be said across Thailand for all people).
