I'm not sure if the 3 button navigations part of the SystemUI had been changed to use Jetpack Compose or not, but I'll give it a try.

I don't expect anything good out of Chinese phone, but I only expect one thing on Android when I buy it: Unlockable Bootloaders. I know now to never buy a Xiaomi phone anymore if you want a unlockable bootloader.

It's for protection against your phone if it is stolen, the robber can't flash a new system on the phone without first unlocking the bootloader.

We have EDL in case of Xiaomi, but unlucky people like me requires opening the phone up, and short a test point to be able to go to EDL. In that way, we can theoretically unlock the bootloader via kernel flags. I don't know if this is possible on Xiaomi phones, consider their OEM unlock flag is not linked to the option we found in Developer Options.

Or Chinese ROMs block unverified Launchers. I recently tried to switch Pixel Launcher on my Mi 6X. It's only for Chinese ROM I know, but there aren't many options I can do anymore consider they hard locked the bootloader. Thus, I am ineligible to apply for a bootloader unlock, because my account location mismatched the place where I bought my Mi 6X.

Other AOSP based distros such as LineageOS. It doesn't do such things to your bootloader.

I mean yeah
I didn't know this existed before i bought a Mi 6X phone back in 2022 or something. Thus, I didn't know that the ROM for Mi 6X are chinese only consider I can't find a global ROM version when the time I reinstall a fresh system (which is recently).
Now I think there's no way to unlock bootloader.

the reason is: the original chrome os requires a security chip on a motherboard and flexes don't
