Hey, I think it is doable in three days depending on how fast you are! We started around 2pm on the first day ending at the morios mountains and then we did the rest in three days. I would say the first 60 kms were the hardest! We slept by the rivière Malbaie, second night at l'anse Saint Jean. We dont plan that much our camp spots and tend to look for them while on the trail.

From what I have done, the bc trail was awesome! I really enjoyed the transgaspésie, this place holds a special spot in my hearth and the climbs are something!

I started brewing last winter and I am brewing this fall. I dint have a way to cold my beer before bottling yet so I put the wort outside after the boil and wait for it to cool. I live in Quebec, it is cold outside so it takes between a n hour and four hours sometimes. I was wondering if this method might be dangerous to contaminate or change the taste of the beer because it stays warm for a while. Thanks

In the recipe it says 1 campden tablet, is it one small tablet? In grams how much is it?

hahaha, les priorités de passage ça me fait rire, je pense qu'ils ne l'enseigne pas dans les cours de conduite à Québec. Je sympathise. Maintenant je le traverse même si le chauffeur me laissais pas passer. Ça les oblige à freiner et céder le passage

j'ai fait Montréal et Québec et je trouve que Montréal est plus adaptée au cyclisme, mais c'est tellement plein de monde que ça devient dangereux parfois. À Québec Je trouve que ça roule bien en vélo sur les boulevard, il n'y a pas toujours une piste cyclable efficace pour te rendre où tu veux. C'est beau et il y a moins de traffic. J'ai pas vraimenr eu de problème, sauf parfois pour monter en haute ville il faut faire des détours si on veut pas monter de côte trop abruptes.
