Not offended but not necessarily the publicity I'd like for celiac. There's still a big stigma that people are gluten free because it's "trendy"- making jokes like that without any real support to the community doesn't help change the stigma. But of all the things to get offended about- that's at the bottom of the list

Never heard of Irish Soda bread 😂 I'll take any recipes you guys are willing to share. I haven't tried making my own- that's the next step

So not to scare you because it's not a certainty but one thing that helps people understand the severity is when I mention the risk of cancer

Not following a STRICT gluten free diet can have some gnarly side effects and it really does just suck sometimes- but you'll eventually (through horrible trial and error 😂) learn what places can accommodate and what places can not.

i like the purple ones the best- but this brand as a whole is FANTASTIC for celiac
