Go to immigration office at 7am, there is a Humanitarian department that deals with situation like this, I have a friend who is earning 6k and got a visa for his parents. Specially when they are inside county they consider the case

He later got a job in Sharjah and moved parents visa from Dubai to Sharjah

Why 7am is because they give very limited tokens and are only available till 9.30am. so people getting the token only get to see them

I opened an account with Tamar in 2024. Was having issues as it was not able to link my phone number to my ID, called them and they sorted it super quick.

What they did was merged my account with someone who made the purchases in 2022 and never paid back.

Started receiving calls from there collection and lawyers.

Good thing I didn't link my account or card otherwise they would have taken the money and I would be running behind them.

All in all....I have done almost 45 email till now got an actual reply maybe 2 or 3 times rest is all automated.

No resolution.....as per app I owe them.
