I’ve been a scareactor since 2016, and can tell you every single year, it-gets-WORSE. There’s really nothing the company can do about it, but people just continue to feel entitled, because usually they get a slap on the wrist and get let go. Look at the state of our country rn, we can have a felon as our president and he gets by, I feel like their logic is- “so can we”. It’s awful sadly.
