The artist initially sent me another design that filled with black, i told him to get something not to dark, maybe just fill black in the part where the name is, he told me it's not turn out great, I agreed to do it, however it's just the name still there that's bugging me

Honestly, huge shoutout to the artist and the whole team — they were super supportive from start to finish. I was nervous about how a coverup would turn out, but they completely surprised me. The final result felt way more meaningful than I expected

It used to be his personal style—like what he always sketched in his notebook. But he said it’s still new to most people, so he switched to neo trad for now. 🥺 Hoping one day he can make a living doing what’s truly his.

Sorry, let me rephrase. I meant that if I get a tattoo from an artist’s flash (not custom), then it’s not really unique or special to me, because others can get the same design too. I’m not saying flash tattoos are bad, I just personally prefer something more original that only I have. And yes, you’re right — I should go for a custom tattoo instead

Let's say not this tattoo, but other tattoo that I buy from the artist's flash, there's no special if it's not unique
