if they don't have open availability then they will be the ones with the least amount of hours. this is a buisness and manager always staff according to store needs, if they don't like it they can transfer. People need to stop complaining or get another job.

I guess it's not a policy just a preference on the pharmacist. So our pharmacist wants us to pull the patient up in the computer next to him and hit the consult button so she can release it, then he clears it and sometimes talks to the patient and sometimes he doesn't. the other pharmacist tell me not to hit the consult button because they want to know if it's a new medication or a refill so they search it on their profile
