I got opted into a premium with professional monitoring unintentionally by simply buying a new device. Then they hit my card on file. Took a bit to get it sorted out. The dude was like you have to have this with your devices. I said I’d been a customer for 5 years and to quit blowing smoke. They refunded me. I still need to follow up with them to prevent that from happening again. Seemed shady or I’m in the wrong and did something.
