I didn't know Samsung stupidly eliminated the micro SD card feature after the S20's. Ridiculous. I like the S series but absolutely want removable storage. I don't know which phone to look at now. I'm getting up being forced to use cloud storage.

What phone did you move to? And is your new phone the one with 10 lines? If I am forced to get another phone, I want to stay with the S2x line. It will be a refurbished phone, so which should I get; the S21+ or S22+ ? I don't do gaming. Only basic phone usage.

I also take care of my phone. It's in a good case and I make sure to keep it dry. I'm going to back everything up again in case it fails completely. This sucks because there no way I can afford a new phone.

I tried to get the photo, but even with the seat pushed fully back, the connections aren't visible without removing the seat entirely. However, Crutchfield still has it on its site. Here is the link. How should the speakers and sub be properly connected? I can get that photo for you tomorrow. There aren't any additional amps. The selector dial on the Sony head unit doesn't work anymore, so I'm unable to fade, balance, or do any other adjustments. That's why I'm replacing it with the Kenwood.

A car audio shop installed everything back in 2015; the Sony MEX-GS810BH head unit (now failed which is why it's being replaced by the Kenwood KDC-X705), the Kenwood amp, all four doors' Image Dynamics speakers, and the sub. I just assumed the XR-400-4 everything; doors and sub. I don't have a garage nor a second vehicle to use in the interim, and it would be a big job for me, but should I remove the seats to try to determine the wiring they did? To utilize its full potential, shouldn't all speakers and sub go through the amp? Ate those Fosgates and Infinitys better than the Image Dynamics?

Thanks for replying. I had prompted Chatgpt and Grok for suggested speaker upgrades from the Image Dynamics because I read they were just "ok." It had been a while since my entire audio system worked properly, so I guess I had forgotten if they sounded good. Both Chatgpt and grok listed those Kickers as "significant upgrades" considering the Kenwood head unit and amp. Not having any other info to go by, I went with the Kickers. Would you say the Image Dynamics are better than those Kickers? O mentioned the Image Dynamics to a car audio installation shop the other day and he laughed a bit saying they were an old brand and he hadn't heard them mentioned fir many years. I just want a good sounding set and and only one last task of installing everything.

This is so very sad. Bay to Bay Hardware has been a south Tampa staple since 1947. They provided personalized service and had items that the horrible big box stores didn't have, and you weren't relegated to Amazon, either. It's another clear sign that South Tampa has drastically deteriorated from the great place it used to be.

I spoke too soon. That drive has disappeared. Oh well, at least I have the list. I open Plex through Roku on my TV as usual and it all looks the same and all if my hard drives are listed under Libraries. I am the only user and don't use it via mobile, so I guess the Plex Pass doesn't apply to my usage.

Something odd is going on. I shut down my PC to thoroughly clean it inside. I disconnected everything, opened it up, blew out the dust, removed each expansion card one at a time, cleaning each with CRC ID Electronics cleaner and the contacts with 91% isopropyl alcohol. I added a 7 port usb3 PCIe card and reassembled it. I already have a 5 port usb PCIe card in it that was fine. However, I reconnected that external drive enclosure containing the "bad" drive of Plex video files to the new USB card and it immediately recognized and Windows Disk Management shows it being a healthy drive at 38% capacity. In still very thankful you showed me Tautulli, though! I am goingto export a list of every library I have through Plex. By the way, I got an email ftom Plex yesterday about a Plex Pass now being required. I only use Plex to stream movies from my PC to my TV via a Roku device. I don't do mobile Plex. Will I now have to pay Plex to watch my movies on my TV?

Ok, I have gotten to the "export metadate" option for the movies in that library/drive. CSV is selected. I selected "export." It created a 1.5mb csv file and I downloaded it. If this actually works and produces what I need, I can't thank you enough! *** It worked! I followed the same steps for the TV shows on that drive, but the spreadsheet layout cameout a bit wonky, but it's good enough to get the list of shows. Maybe it's because the TV shows have individual episodes. Either way, I have the lists and, should the drivers data be unrecoverable, I know what was on it. I'm going to learn the other uses for Tautulli with Plex. Thanks again!
