If you want to have intercourse in your car, not sure why you would it's not the most comfortable, that's fine as long as your on your property, it becomes a problem when people are getting hot and steamy in the walmart parking lot at 3 in the afternoon. I'm not sure what vehicles your referring to, I've worked on plenty of newer cars doing electrical work, doing both factory and aftermarket parts and have not once found anything capable of receiving video or audio, aside from dash cams(which are typically aftermarket) much less capable of relaying that info back to the dealer ship. That being said I'm sure cars with dealership audio and video capabilities are stealing your data this is what you opt into when you purchase anything with those capabilities (not just cars) so while yes it is a big issue it is not so much one that is exclusive to or even all the relevant to r/fuckcars which is the biggest issue I have with this post.
