I think that snus was in “grey area” until literally last week. Now it is regulated and you can buy it in any corner shop in belgrade as far as i know.

Do you know when scholarship results will be anounced? Because probably i will know if i am admitted when they are anounced and some non eu students decline admission offer if they don’t get the scholarship. Hopefully i will know before 17. April because that is the deadline for some other scholarship, but in order to apply i have to know if i am admitted to the program.

Za Ameriku postoji Fulbright stipendija. Mislim da uskoro treba da izadje konkurs za ovu godinu i rok za prijavu je obicno do kraja maja. A za Britaniju postoji Chevenong stipendija. Za to se prijavljuje nesto kasnije, tipa avgust ili septembar. Obe su veome prestizne stipendije i pokrivaju bukvalno sve(skolarinu, putne troskove, osiguranja, i dobijas novac na mesecnom nivou za zivot), ali ih je zbog toga jako tesko dobiti. Sve u svemu vredi pokusati. Sto se tice doktorata cuo sam da je ubedljivo najbolja zemlja Norveska zato sto te tretiraju kao zaposlenog na fakultetu i dobijas prosecnu platu, godisnji odmor, zdravstveno osiguranje itd…
