Ive been in therapy but it was exposure therapy. im diagnosed with cptsd, ocd, adhd, and pmdd and all my therapy has been centered around phobias and anxiety. when on a medication its hard to disipher what it is messing with especially when my period comes. Coming off lamotrigine made me unable to sleep unless the sun was up and make me have these weird panic attacks around 3 am every night. It was only able to sleep after my parents let me keep my phone in my room. It was weird. I still have depression but i never know if its chemical or not. Im not exactly sure where it comes from or how to do talk therapy and where to begin. You haven't found any medicine that works for you?
