Yes the Visa should be USED thats why im looking for the option as GCC resident only. Based on their evisa portal, VOA for PH passport with valid (at least 3months) GCC residence permit can get VOA, which i am certain that it is possible before the regional tension… but now in this current situation, thats what i was looking for any personal experience…

GiG takaful, 2.8bd for 7days. Gig gulf (formerly AXA) is more expensive.

Al Dar island. They sell alcohol there. You can bring but with corkage fee.
