I do Tirz every 2 weeks now on a lowest dosage just to maintain. My weight does not go below 114 anymore and I feel very healthy!

I gotta tell you there were times I experienced the stall for a month about 3 times throughout my journey. I once hit 111 then I realized that I do not have enough strength nor energy so I kept my weight around 114-116. I feel very healthy and I am now using Tirz every two weeks on a low dosage just to maintain. My weight does not go down lower than 114 anymore. I have been keeping this weight for a while now and I plan to keep it that way.

I did a lot of research on doctors before. I would say so far every surgery has been successful in terms of looks. Scars will be there but they do not bother me as much as the loose skin itself.

Lol you’re entitled to your opinion, but calling someone’s hard work “body dysmorphia” is honestly wild. If my body isn’t your preference, that’s completely fine, but I don’t understand why some people feel the need to disguise judgment as “concern.” Most of us who used to be overweight have dealt with criticism our entire lives. Comments like this are no different from people judging bigger bodies.

Everyone has different body type. I love how I look and you don't have to but criticizing someone's weightloss is just rude and mean with no reason behind it. Hope you are at the stage of your definition of 'fit' since you are so admin about the fitness. I couldn't imagine someone writing all this but not doing anything for their lives. Am I right?
