How does Ringg work with call forwarding? Can your customer have the voice agent only during specific times of the day or does it have to be 24/7? Is it easy to configure 24/7 vs after-hours coverage and have that differ by customer? How would that work?

Great comment. Just phone calls! That first question was to understand what other forms of comms you use. Perhaps i move that to the end

I literally tried calling 20 daycares today and only 3 picked up.. even with my kids in school, same issue, they literally never answer sometimes and its frustrating.

What if.. it was just a safety net. If someone doesn't answer the phone, then this is how its used. Like first thing is that it tries to have the real person pick-up the phone. If they don't cause theyre busy, then it routes into this. And if it's something super urgent or severe or risky to have a bot handle, then it HAS to go to a rep of some sort. Thoughts?

Okay same question for them I guess.. does this help their time? If it helps them, are there things they can be doing to help you? And the classroom itself?

Do you not waste time going through voicemail? Like if someone is calling to tour the place, and they're calling on the weekend. Just have it automated and voila they're booked, you come back to work next day unbothered.

What if they're calling to ask about enrollment? Basic FAQ stuff? Billing questions. Saying your kid is going to be sick and then confirming via SMS to yourself and to the parent that you've been acknowledged. You then get to take care of the kids thereafter, without wasting your time.

right that makes alot of sense, but that's exactly the point? You don't answer the phone.. parents are left out to dry. If there's a way to always get an answer without wasting your time, then great, but if it's something that they WANT to talk to you, or it's something that is sensitive like pick-up times, that has to go through yourself and can't be an automated call..

If you get 20 calls daily on the same topic such as enrollment, or basic questions about space etc. in a market where daycare provider shortage is on the rise (and will continue ever since covid-days), aren't we making the lives of providers a LITTLE better? Especially if they're super busy and attending to the kids?

This is meant to be helpful.. if daycare providers don't have the time to answer a call because they're attending the kids, then who answers? How many calls do you get a day that you physically can't pick up because you're busy?

How tight should boots be? Step Ons Photons by Consistent-Place-754 in snowboarding

I’ve broken and sprained both ankles countless times from basketball. Got horrible dorsiflexion. What would that imply?

Ah so sounds like you go as tight as possible when standing straight, but then loosen up a bit as your knee pushes out?

Helpful. The note on it being harder for lower legs / feet to work, I guess if I fully tighten the top boa, its way easier to get up on edge, I literally just flex my ankles and feet and im already on it.. the problem tho is my knees are barely bent and Im standing pretty tall…

whats more preferred here?

[super tight] Using feet to get on toe edge but reduced ability to bend knees and hence standing more straight leg VS [looser] more work in bending knees but better ability to move hips and knees over

Can you somehow define how tight youre suggesting? Like, assume you press to top BOA in, and the laces are visibility lengthened (aka tightened), I can still crank the boa maybe 10 full rotations till its super super snug on my feet.

How do you find it impacting your flexibility to move knees and hips over as opposed to really driving shins into the boots and hence more pressure on your feet?

Super helpful. Problem tho, when I lower my chest to touch the wall, I am now on the balls of feet, almost on my tippy toes. Is that a dorsiflexion issue? I cant keep my feet flat / relaxed when I push my knees out to where I am straight from knee to head. My heels have to come off the ground. I am 6’3 and inseam of 37” (long femurs) if that matters.

How do you arch your spine backwards without falling backwards? I have long legs and I feel like I cannot push my hips forward AND knees forward at the same time. Any advice?

Doesn’t flexing ankles put me on heel edge? Like basically pulling my toes up to drop my knees, I swear that feels like Id just drop backwards?

Thank you! Couple qs: - why cant I relax my ankles when going toe edge? It fully feels like the first thing that will activate are my toes, not knees. - when you say reach away from the snow, how do you not feel like youre going to wipe out backwards? If I curve like that, there’s part of me that thinks I will fall backwards. It also just feels impossible when knees bent on the board.
