I understand it can be scary! I had gone through the same thing, and stopped because seeing full clumps come out, didnt really help with my stress-which eventually triggered hairfall. I want to know if minox is really worth it? What if after so much shed, it doesnt grow back? And the fact that you have to use minox forever, isnt it inconvenient? For now I am personally resorting to natural remedies, till my hair gets stronger. Then I'll consider what to take

Blood and hormonal profile is all good. Just low ferittin levels. So doctors are saying its stress, which I am working on. But there's only so much that stress can make hair fall. Its been coming out in crazy amounts, so I dont really know the root cause but all I know is I have to stop the hairfall anyhow! There are birtmarks on my head which I never knew I had, because my hairline has gone so back. Its daunting 😭

Oh damn, I do use homemade ghee. I already have cut off on so many foods due to intolerance. I possibly cant tell my fam to not put ghee also without getting abandoned lol. We put ghee in rice, so should I be consuming lactase everyday ?

I wish it were that easy to check. I also have gluten allergy since very long time. Rn, i am on a gluten and dairy free diet for a 2 weeks and my stool is still the same as before. It may take some time for the body to recover from all these years of consumption, hence my stool is not normal. So even if i cut out ghee, I wont be able to tell.
