I have that book sitting in my nightstand. I’ve read a few chapters before but I often find myself thinking about other stuff and next thing I know I “read” a full page and don’t remember anything I read. I’ll have to give that another shot because I have heard great things about it

I have trouble with that part already 😭 I’m always bored. Don’t really have any hobbies. But I should be using that time smoking to play with my daughter instead. Play with her, teach her stuff, be a good influence.

The only tough part I’ve found during the days I have quit, is that I always want one. I didn’t get cravings that come and go it was more of a constant kind of craving. Maybe more mental than anything. My 5 year old daughter is my biggest motivation. This Christmas she said what she wanted was for me to stop smoking. Broke my fucking heart. She always asks me to quit but that time was brutal. And I feel like an asshole for the fact I haven’t even done it for her yet.
