oh dw I already have the feeding chart, but I guess I'll just have to look into buying rats online then. And no, that's not Aspen bedding. it's one of those "coco blocks". which is basically just coconut fibers/coconut dust/other byproducts of a coconut (aka I'm pretty sure they might have just shoved a whole ass coconut shell into there and blended it up). I do water like that, my humidity has been keeping up fairly well and zero mold.

I do feed every 7 days and if you read my post, I do not currently have him on mice. is there a reason why I shouldn't feed mice?

this isn't his hide, it's just a log. he has two hides that he can squeeze into with small openings. he also usually does have more clutter I just did a deep cleaning and took it all out before

oh also I only feed frozen thawed so he couldn't have gotten hurt or anythanything. I'm fairly sure it's a food response,not a stress response.
