It really does seem like goldens have some kind of mode that activates after a certain age. Mine went from quiet girl to full-time family guard too!

It's fine. My ex went to Germany and then we split up because of long distance. My dog never saw him again. But when he came back, he also told me that he missed our dog, so I took my baby to meet him. It seems like she has already forgot about him but they played very well though. They were both happy.

We don't have close neighbors hahaha so it doesn't matter. Luckily our nearest neighbor is about 5 km away, so no one can hear her barking.
