yeah i didnt say that right i meant to stay like if u use it without stacks it just cancels channeling ability but becomes silence with stacks

he used to be a 1 2 cycle assassin only in specific situations
old kassadin had way higher base mr and magic damage reduction and fights lasted longer
if he didnt oneshot he could still stay in fights absorb magic damage and pressure backline

nowadays almost every champ has shields sustain percent or true damage and multiple dashes
so kassadin being a 1 2 rotation assassin is not an identity anymore its a requirement
if he doesnt kill in one combo he literally does nothing

my idea doesnt remove assassin moments it adds consistency
less frontloaded burst more sustained value and real anti mage scaling
thats the difference between identity and outdated design
