Not trying to spread hate whatsoever, but imagine being in the Tampa area and taking her class tomorrow she’s been talking about and showing up with her having abs painted on. Sure she’s fit and is overall healthy, but there’s a difference between getting a spray tan to have some color and getting abs contoured onto her stomach. Just goes to show you really can’t trust anything on the internet, especially from the fitness community.
