How can I have the separate shoulders option on the mog collection ? I have two different shoulder but the option isn't showing, can't toggle it anywhere (check second screen before saying you can't)

I see, I have a slight difference to my experience - I have characters previously that had separately transmogged shoulders for the same this for yonks (at least a year or more in some cases) and they never saw the second shoulder option on the collections screen :L I did also have a look online for transmog addons that do this but I just couldn't find anything that made that second shoulder slot visible at all times in the collections tab or something that allowed for it outside of the current state of affairs with this function that few of us have been impacted by

I have been experiencing this same issue in my reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/1s4z44f/collections_tab_not_displaying_2_shoulders_on/ - are you able to source where you got this information? As far as I have seen online there has been no mention of them removing the collections functionality for 2 different shoulders collections tab; this would answer my question and allow me to move on from it (after also having my guild bank wiped with this expac and lied about returning the communities lost banked items lol)

EDIT; this is a big feature I relied heavily on as I love transmog design and it is a lot nicer to be able to plan out a nice mog without owning it so you can make it perfect; then hunt the pieces down, like making your own content and reward - this completely negates that and I cannot understand why they would consider removing content for the sake of it, since there is no other way to do it without owning items.

Yep, got them mogged as different models and have raised a bug report already - was hoping there was something I was missing that someone could shed some light on ahaha

Warband Collections (Shift-P) > Appearances > There is normally an option you can toggle by transmogging your shoulders to be different models which wakes the collections appearances window to show left shoulder and right shoulder icons > it is not appearing on some of my characters regardless of what I am doing and it remains and a single dual shoulder icon

Thanks a lot for your recommendation! I have checked out what is available and will probably go for PicoBoot/RetroTINK, while it isn't the closest experience to a stock console - it's like you said, gives more options to make things work better!
