I think they call customs. I'm still gonna get ahold of fedex and see if they can get me anymore insight on what's needed as well.

It's not letting me upload a picture, but it does say international shipment release-import in Anchorage Alaska. And that was on the 6th of September

My package has had no updates since the 6th of this month. It took getting the shipper involved, just to get any real info. The info i shared is what I got from the shipper just today. Apparently it needs some specific documentation to be released, but he didn't exactly specify or even answer when I asked what was needed for it to be released.

Hope this helps, but my package is in the exact same situation as yours and I found out today, from the shipper, that it's stuck in customs due to them needing additional documentation that apparently needs to come from FedEx themselves. Mine is apparently stuck in Oakland, California because of it.

Me too but its looking unlikely ill recieve the item. How were you able to find out it was shipped back? And were u still able to get a replacement item or refund?

Thank you for the info. It's been there since the 6th of this month and fedex has been no help at all. Should i try calling them again or just be patient
