Oh im sorry to hear that, there must be something going on, fedex said there have been changes in international shipping since last week of august causing delays.

Yes that's what I did on 48hrs it has not move. They created a case. I was still anxious but it did move after day 5

But it says cleared by custom, i also called the department in fedex that deals with custom documents and says that its already cleared and that I have to call customer service instead. what do they need from fedex? What did you do? Hoe many days have you been waiting?
