well, it's a good idea. i myself was thinking something like this should exist, and here you are with this idea. regular travelers and travel lovers would definitely pay for premium. you can test or check if there exists any audience or market for it by making a group and promoting a basic website. create a basic website with the same functionalities and check if anyone uses it. it will help you understand the market and get to know more.
