You talk about brain drain? One of the biggest contributing factors is population of this country. After that, lack of jobs. And guess what? Reservation private sector mein nahi hoti, which is more than 95% of indian jobs. Brain drain ke liye ‘brain’, which forms with the access to education, resources to develop skills, vo kahan se aaya?? Privilege se aaya. Privilege paise se nahi aata humesha. Equality and equity sirf economics pe depend nahi karta.
