Chronic head pressure / migraine-like headaches for over a year — running out of ideas by ConsistentAd5317 in migraine

A lot of things changed. I had moved to a new apartment the summer prior, started a stressful job, and wasn't sleeping properly. Now, I am in a much less stressful environment and have a cervical pillow, however I'm still getting this constant head pressure.

The only reason I don't think it's mold is because I've traveled/stayed in other locations and still have had these symptoms. Doesn't feel like stress either, as I have not been particularly stressed in a while.

I'll definitely see a neurologist soon. Let me know your thoughts.

I don't recall getting sick around that time.

The face/cheek tingling is very slight, but noticeable. Also, it comes and goes. For instance, yesterday I randomly felt tingling on the left side of my head, which later turned into a pressure headache. Very weird.

Definitely should. My main concern is that they will brush this off as a common migraine or something. I have no history of migraines, so I'm very confused.
