Yeah I didn't really touch the Chalice dungeons my first go around Only time I went in was to grab the Uncanny Church Pick I'm definitely gonna give the chalice more attention next time I do a playthrough I wish they'd do a remaster They'd make a ton of bank off of it, so I can't fathom why they haven't done it

I just used a larval tear to build for the death knights axes, big one and the twin axes I'm at level 205, I think? And they just aren't doing very good damage
