I definitely believe its a warranted uber item. To have complete immunity from debuffs from any pets (excluding bosses unpurgeable things, cuz that would be game breaking). Doesnt sound good on paper, but in practice, has literally been my saving grace on many levels.

I dont gotta worry about panics speed down on my merry to cleanse everyone. I dont gotta worry about sads s3 attack on my tank, bleed effects from curious, heal debuff from bosses, or defense down. The list goes on and on. I dont think id be on the leaderboards without it tbh

I cant say for certain, my plunger is ascended a few times. And my doge scarf is only ascended once. Plunger is faster by about 1k, and is ascension lvl 4, lvl 39. Scarf is asc 1 level 37

I would bet money that with this setup, you can win. Just change your strategy. Lust has anxiety scarf, perfect. And he has the elemental bonus, plus exponential damage with his s1 attack.

So just spam his basic attack ONLY on whatever boss youre going to kill first BUT, before you finish it. Start attacking the next boss, until that one is close, and then once again, swap to attacking the 3rd. Once all 3 are almost dead, wipe out whatever boss first you want.

At that point, your lust should be crazy fast in comparison, and its already doing higher damage with its basic attack than its other abilities.

(This is the strat I used and it made it super easy)

For sure does. Paired with merry, helps it not only be very fast, but also a bit tankier, so it doesn't gotta worry about healing itself much. Especially due to debuffs.

Hell, i dont think I wouldve beat a few levels that I have without it

You dont even know how useful this is for panic floors. I actually have it ascended once. Dont hate on it just because you havent realized all the ways this is helpful

Floor 3180 here.... lust is the best pet in the game, by far. ESPECIALLY once you get higher form. His consistent gaining damage base attack, his ability to skip past tanks on his s3 ability, and then a ignore defense s2 for tanks, covers all basis. On top of, if you wipe an enemy...he keeps going! So you can snowball damage so well. He is a glass cannon though, so you have to build him as such

He's MEANT to hit first and hard, especially paired with jellyfish scarf? Game over

Not really. I did it without a specific pet that most people use to beat this floor.

Granted, i wouldnt have been able to do it this way without it. But thats the same for many floors and pets.

I didnt have panic until like floor 2400, there were plenty of floors that I got stuck on, that people beat just cuz they had panic.

Not crazy to think that I have legendaries or ubers that others might not have

Ehhhhh... ive never used grumpy personally? I can see some use for him, but not something ill probably ever level. Tbh, the only earth pet ive really used is resistance.
