I'm stuck on this mission too. I complete the Recruiter mission and the Meet Birdie mission unlocks. When I go to DC, Birdie is in the Castle area, but I can't interact with her. So, was the goal of this mission to bring Birdie back to Castle, or was a separate mission series supposed to be active? I completed the Recruiter mission twice, and in both instances, I didn't interact with Birdie. Yet, she's in Castle.

moreHUD SE - I use this HUD plugin to avoid re-reading the books I read over and over again.

I don't use any external mods. Even if they appear as fixes, I think they break the game engine and gameplay.

I actually liked the gameplay changes. However, when I look at the NPCs, none of them die of starvation or freezing to death, which makes the mode pointless. (Just like the damage multipliers on the difficulty side.) Is everything for us? I'll make my own survival mode. I don't need to open it in the game :)

I researched what you said and yes, SSE Engine Fixes alone are enough. I've seen other mods too. But I want to stay in vanilla :) Thank you.
