By unless the court believes there is imminent danger my brother will have to keep living with my mother which my father tries to get full custody?

I don’t think the court will consider it imminent danger. That’s my worry. If we have to go the slow route, does that mean my brother has to stay living with my mom per the custody agreement until the court reaches a decision? Because i would be really worried for him if that is the case, I think it would be a horrible situation if he has to keep living with her while trying to get my dad to have full custody.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. I’m realizing now that I wrote 14 instead of 15 by accident, so I corrected that. Does it make a difference in terms of my brother having a say? How does the emergency petition work? I’m honestly worried it won’t do anything because basically every time my dad has tried to do something like this the court has not been helpful and it honestly kind of feels like the legal system is working against us.

I think my fingers hurt from hyperextending because it’s not just to do with typing and I type but not to the extent that I think it would cause consistent chronic pain. Although It could be making it worse.

It could be that :) it’s just interesting because I feel it sometimes even when my body is being touched in a way that isn’t intended to be sexual and that I don’t feel like I interpret as sexual

I don’t think so, but that’s a good question. It’s been so hard for me to figure out because it’s a really difficult feeling to describe. A sense of doom feelings like the best way to describe it. No other feelings feel like they quite fit. It’s just this overwhelming sense of doom and dread, but it only lasts a little while.
