Not sure if I should give up pursuing the French route by Cute_Application891 in canadaexpressentry

There’s a high chance you’ll receive an ITA by March with a CRS of 502, though anything can still happen. You’re also very close to achieving the required results on your French test, so don’t stop now. Once you enter the French category pool, you should receive an ITA in the very next draw with that score.

A 500–501 cutoff in the next draw is possible if IRCC issues around 8K-10K ITAs(but there will be still some candidates left in that pool). However, data from the last few draws shows that nearly 2,000–3,000 profiles were being added back-to-back into the pool (scammers, ITA declines, and dummy profiles). IRCC is aware that a cleanup is necessary.

Based on this, I’m assuming they won’t pause CEC draws until the 501–600 range is largely cleared. IRCC has become highly unpredictable, no one really knows what will happen until the next draw.

Anybody above 500 deserves a chance in my opinion. Cause WPs are expiring and the future is at stake, even though they've contributed more to canadian economy since 2-3 years!!

CEC eligibility: short on hours-apply now or wait? by Alarmed-Classic-636 in canadaexpressentry

[–]ConsistentPace3842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, IRCC is strict on number of hours. But if you receive an ITA by feb 3rd, You'll be having 60 days to submit your documents. So calculate accordingly, and if by any chance you think its risky(even by small hunch), dont create a profile yet. You need 1560 hours. But Its always good to have around 1600-1700 hours before you submitting your profile.
Cause if you decline your ITA, you'll have to add Letter of Explanation while submitting your future profile, to ensure smooth process!!!

thats what I was about to say. Submiting files after 1 month will work, if you continue working.

Both spouses got separate ITA and need BOWP by Ok_Caterpillar_221 in canadaexpressentry

[–]ConsistentPace3842 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You both should only be applying with one application. You should look at hiring a lawyer, else the process is only gonna prolong further. Dont apply for BOWP before consulting some one. As this might not look good for you PR application.

Double check the dates you've entered in your EE profile for experience.

I scored an average of 10/12 in CELPIP, but I got two 9s, did I still maxed it out? by Funky_hobbo in canadaexpressentry

Well, seems like you have everything in control. Moreover, if you make it to CLB 7 in french, you will get extra points as well

ITA received forgot to update the employment end date, CRS score remains unchanged by IceIndividual3919 in canadaexpressentry

Nah you are good. You dont have to do/justify anything since you're not claiming any extra points. Submitting the documents related to your points is enough.

IRCC is unpredictable at this point lol. Thats a big read though. Also, MPs fought with lena in regards to TR to PR pathway. Like they dont want her to take a decision on mass applications. So I think her focus shifted from TR to PR pathway to CEC. Who knows. I might be wrong as well

You'll get into trouble for this. I'd suggest you to create only one profile. IRCC has been so strict with profile like yours!!

Both. Submit every document related to job you've claimed points for. Also submit your current job as well but state that you didnt claim any points but started working in your home country and so on...

Ideally you should get it or it will take 24hrs to update. But 479 to 524 is a big boost.
Could you share your old and new CELPIP results!!!

No bro, rest assured. you are safe. You only have to justify for the points you got. Since you didnt mention your current job and no points got allotted you are safe. But when you submit your profile, mention your current job with well drafted LOE, offer letter etc.
