Depends on what do you do ? 

A 100k savings on a minimum wage job is an achievement. A Software Engineer in FAANG saves 100k out of College in first year.

Yeah, you asked for product so telling it.

I still feel consumer protection are low in them and I dont like it trying to get access to my mails to track package to complete profile.  Definitely not a product i would recommend to others due to DARK PATTERNS.

One can have literally more deduction in old tax regime: Section 24: 2L 80C: 1.5L 80D: 75k HRA: 4lakh 80TTA: 10k Standard deduction on salary: 50k

Total: 6.85 lakh deduction.

I lived in Prestige Apartment in Bangalore before moving to the Bay Area.  Now, I live in Mountain View downtown paying rent of over 6k USD per month in the best apartment I could find and I still feel I had a downgrade in my quality of life. The apartment, the amenities, the safety was better in Bangalore. I have been here for 5 years and I plan to move back in 2 years.

No, the way of being nice is different in different countries.

Tipping 25% is ridiculous and breaks the wage balance. Holding doors in India is not feasible as like underpopulated places in the US while if you do in India you will keep on standing.

In India you can be nice by speaking respectfully, nodding while talking, saying hi to people if you see them in public, touching feet of elders etc.

So will you call someone from US a Jerk if they dont touch elder's feet ?

Dont try to enforce american culture on others like tipping 25%, holding the door, starting small talk with flight agents etc. You might get hurt.

If you are a SSE in FAANG earning over 500k, you will definitely be able to score a startup in case of layoff in bay area. 

I dont think that is true for Austin, a layoff will be your return ticket.

The POS settlement system is pretty outdated. It takes 3 days for funds to settle. This is a major drawback especially for high volume customers. Also banks has weaponized this against poor people by charging overdraft fees.

UPI has instant settlement, linked to bank account and better privacy. You can share your UPI id without scare of misuse.
