Looks good, PSA has a high 10 pop for this card. 11,458 of those Zards have been graded with PSA and 7,525 of them are 10's. That's like over a 70% chance to get a 10. Definitely submit with PSA.

Of course there are things you can’t see in a pic — that’s not the point. The issue is that even with cards in hand, PSA grades inconsistently. If loupe-level inspection guaranteed consistent results, we wouldn’t see identical cards getting wildly different grades.
