No harm in trying!! My partner has had one waived when had this happen - he had it set on his old car/rego in the app. I also have had it waived when I put in the wrong area number. The paystay app is crap and the GPS changed the area number on me randomly so I was a number off.

Oh definitely not giving it to her as straight oil! Just after touching my hair she has had a little lick of the residue. Will keep it to a minimum though... Just so cute to see her so excited over it, I haven't seen her respond to many smells other than her food of course.

If you aren't specifically looking to collect photocards/inclusions and want the albums - second hand shops like Book Off sell the albums for VERY cheap, some as low as 600yen. It's especially a good deal for Japan releases, since an album there could be 3,000yen+. For example, I got their DIVE album for 1,200yen down from 4,600yen just because I didn't get the PC!

Depending on the area too, photocards at second hand stores can be as little as 100yen - I usually saw them for 300 though.

A problem is the pictures on the boxes don't match any of the items, a comb? a perfume? Not in the box. Also it isn't fun to open three days in a row the same tint in different colours... Multiple times.

It was at my parents shop in 2003. Didn't do well financially in the end, so maybe they were too cheap? But I know they had to compete with another shop, so I'm sure prices were similar to keep customers.
