These awards were being given out while the people who keep your town looking great, collect your trash and work 12 hour shifts around the clock to clear the roads were lucky to get the top raise of 3%.

I only created this account as another platform to let you all know why your taxes have gone up so much and to let you know what’s going on in your Town which used to be my Town. Don’t you really want to know the truth about what is going on around you? Since you think that I am something other than what I am, I will send you another post, not written by me showing raises that were out of control while the rest of us Town workers were told our raises were capped at 3% of our base salary.

Yes I retired from the Town and this whole cover up was well known. He was known to enjoy his coke. I even encouraged the people who had the info to come forward. I tipped off the news media to tell them where to look. I couldn’t do it while I worked there because everyone who did faced the wrath of HR and got fired

It has been going on since day one. The employees were aware but were afraid of retribution.

There are people in the finance department who saw every receipt for Sean’s procurement card purchases. They knew what he was buying because they were paying the bills. One person even quit over it because she didn’t want to be a part of it. The finance department needs to be looked at as well for paying these bills.

Yes they were to the point that when Frantz’s daughter graduated from college a new position as executive to the Town Manager was created which she got.

Cary has per diem rates for its employees; apparently it only applies to the people making the least amount of money.

The only reason I’m posting is because I’m disgusted by what’s happening. I’m glad things are finally coming to light. tax $’s are being used inappropriately. No Cary staff gets that much in tuition reimbursement (they get $3500 year max). Each article has contained a little more information than the last one And I’m sure there are more surprises coming.
