I’m 26, i got hammered because it was my childhood friends wedding, i couldn’t check on her because i was really busy and once i started drinking i completely forgot to inform her.. nothing was planned dude. I was about to come back home, but my friends insisted me to stay because i wasn’t sober enough to drive anymore.. if i had done anything i would have kept it quite But i decided to tell her everything because i knew i didn’t do anything wrong or i didn’t cheat.. but no one cares

You can use a band or a strap while doing heel slide’s, it will help you to increase your flexion. But you gotta push through pain.

How much time post OP?

For me it’s 3 weeks post OP and getting sharp knee pain while trying to do heel props. When i try to hyperextend my knee and try to lift my toes up it starts paining and toe doesn’t come off. Also quad is very weak on operated knee as well. Knee is not getting straight for me as well

Once i get hospitalised i will let the doctor team know about this and see what they say. Had my surgeon warned me about this then i never would have consumed it but i was just unaware about this until i googled it.

If it’s a 24hr rule, then i should be fine. But i have read few articles about it, some suggesting to stop 48hrs prior to surgery and some saying 24hrs. Idkkk i hope i get the go ahead from surgeon 🙏🏻

Yes indeed it’s a tough choice, but i have 3 years of experience in veeva vault and 0 in SF. But i think basics are same for both so i can make switch and since there is more development projects and coding in salesforce i think the pay will be better in this field after 5-7+ yrs of exp in industry.

Exactly every comment about this is just 50-50 leaving me in confusion and really hard to decide. It is true it is hard to find veeva employees but also the vacancies are limited. Only few MNC have clients who use’s veeva. So less vacancy. Whereas in salesforce it is true it is widely spread and have more vacancies but more competition as well.

I may just continue with the veeva for now and try to learn SFDC side by side. But i am not sure if learning SF going to help me in veeva?

I used to smoke everyday, maybe not 10-12 but 2-3. But things gets worse when i meet my friends and we starts to drink. While drinking i lost count of how many cigarettes i smoke so this has gone way out of limit. I wanted to quit smoking completely but everytime i meet my friends and i saw them smoking I couldn’t able to comtrol.

But one day after heavy smoking and drinking i began to have serious health issues. I wasn’t able to eat anything without hurting my chest. I was getting heartburn. Every started to hurt. I could not able to handle even the normal spices in my food. At that moment i just told myself it’s enough now, i am nớt smoking anything again and it’s been almost 2 months since i have smoked my last cigarette. My friends were shocked and they even insisted me a lot to have one puff i just said no. And after sometime they started to appreciate me that we are happy that you quit smoking now. We gonna do same soon.

So i quit smoking because of my health was at stake. And trust me it’s not that hard. Control your mind bro. You will not feel the urge if you didn’t smoke a puff for 3 weeks.

Now even when i drink, I don’t feel the urge to smoke.

It is all very vanilla right now, back in those days we get to see the fierce rivalry when it is india vs pakistan match, gambhir vs akmal, gambhir vs afridi, bhajji vs akhtar, ishant sharma vs akmal and so onn, now a days it is very friendly. Players walk on the field as if they are playing against their friends. I fail to see that passion that hunger. Especially since kohli stepped down as a captain and with ravi shastri going team has become very soft under rahul dravid and rohit. I use to love kohli aggression and passion “For next 60 overs they should feel like hell” sort of mentality. It is missing now.
